Activate Users

For Primary Administrators, please contact the Onboarding & Servicing Team to be activated.If a Primary Administrator leaves the organisation and the organisation wants to add another primary Administrator as a replacement this can be done by contacting the Onboarding & Servicing Team.

For all other users, Administrators can activate users with an Awaiting activation status. Before activating the user, confirm they have created their own password and Telephony PIN. To review the details of the user before activating them, double-clicking on the user’s row will display their details. 

Click Actions in the user’s row and select Activate username. A message is displayed to confirm if you are sure you want to activate the selected user. Tick the box to confirm you have checked the user has created their own password and Telephony PIN. A message will be displayed, confirming the user is activated and the user’s status will change to Active.

If you do not want to proceed with the activation, click Cancel to return to the user list or click Activate username
