Client report preferences (end of day or intraday statements)

Navigation: Admin / Client Report Preferences

Step 1:

 On this page you can view, edit, delete and set your statement and reporting preferences for other channels, like Lloyds Bank Gem Direct. You can change settings for single or multiple accounts by report format, frequency and delivery method.

Key Terms:

View – to view the preference already set

Edit – to update the editable fields for frequency, transaction thresholds, delivery method and delivery day

Delete – to delete the preference already set

Create preference - to create new preference for the selected account. On the next screen, set the reporting preferences for the accounts you selected.

These options are for real and multibank accounts.

Any changes will need to be approved by a user with the appropriate permission level.

To create a new preference click the Create Preference in the top right hand side. 

Step 2:

Once you have clicked create preference you will see the screen below. Use the options on the left to search for accounts. For more options, click Advanced search. Then choose an option from the Category and Filter menus.

Choose options from the dropdown menus. Then click Save. Or click Cancel to return to the Client report preference page.

Step 3:

A pop-up window will appear with a summary of your preferences. Click Done to close the window and return to the Client report preferences page. Your changes will be sent on for approval. They will not take effect until they are approved.

Step 4:

The below screenshot shows the administration approving the request.

If another user has already set a preference for one of the accounts you selected, a message will pop up to tell you that a preference already exists.
